Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription and trial

Wapi Pro costs ₹999 per month. A new workspace receives a 3-day trial starting when it is created. Meta messaging charges are separate from the Wapi subscription and are billed by Meta.

No Wapi subscription fee is charged during the trial. To continue after the trial, an owner or admin must authorize a recurring payment mandate through Razorpay Checkout. The first ₹999 subscription payment is scheduled after the remaining trial, followed by monthly autopay. If the trial has already ended, the first subscription payment is due when you authorize checkout. Authorizing autopay does not restart the trial.

Razorpay may make a small authorization charge to validate your payment method. Check the amount and authorization details shown in Checkout before you confirm.

Cancel autopay

Workspace owners and admins can cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancel an authorized trial mandate before the trial expires to avoid the first subscription charge. Cancellation during a trial stops that recurring authorization and ends workspace access immediately.

For an active paid subscription, cancellation stops future monthly renewals at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep access until that period ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund any completed payment.

If you cannot access billing or your cancellation is not confirmed, contact support@getwapi.in with your workspace name and subscription ID.

Refund requests

We review requests for duplicate, incorrect or otherwise disputed subscription charges. Email support@getwapi.in with your account email, workspace name, payment ID, payment date, amount and the reason for your request. Do not send card details, passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs.

Refund requests are reviewed against the payment and subscription records. A refund is not automatic when you submit a request or cancel your subscription. If a refund is approved, we will confirm it by email and process it through the payment provider. The time for an approved refund to appear depends on the payment method, provider and bank.

Meta messaging charges are handled by Meta and are outside this Wapi subscription refund policy.
